Standard Service £65

Suitable for all bike types, a full check, adjustment and set up to make your bike ride beautifully.

Full safety check
Frame and forks inspected for alignment/damage/cracks
Wheels checked for rim wear/damage, bearing/freehub condition, spoke tension/trueness. Minor wheel truing included. Hub bearing tension checked and adjusted if applicable
Headset conditon checked, bearing preload adjusted. Stem and controls aligned
Bottom bracket bearings and chainset checked
Chain, cassette, chainrings, F&R mechs checked for wear/damage. Rear mech hanger alignment checked/straightened. Cassette tightened. Chain length checked. F&R mechs and chain lubricated if required. Mechs adjusted and gears setup
Brakes checked for function, wear and pad life. Brakes balanced and adjusted. Includes filing uneven rim pads, truing disc rotors etc
Tyres inspected and inflated to recommended or preferred pressure
All bolts and fixings checked
Bike test ridden to ensure optimum performance has been achieved

Full Strip Service £200

This will give you a fully cleaned, fully serviced machine, working at its very best.

-Everything included in the Premium Service, plus:

Bike stripped down
All parts cleaned
Wheels cleaned
Headset serviced
Bottom bracket serviced
Front and rear hubs serviced

Premium Service £110

A more in-depth service with extra time taken. On top of the standard service, retensioning the wheels and cleaning the drivetrain parts will hugely benefit your bike’s performance.

-Everything included in the Standard Service, plus:

Frame and forks fully cleaned
Full truing and retensioning of wheels
Chain, cassette, chainrings/chainset, F&R mechs all removed, thoroughly degreased in our eco-friendly parts washer, refitted and relubricated

Wheel building

A wheel built with radial and lateral trueness within an extremely fine tolerance, high and evenly balanced spoke tension while thoroughly destressed and remaining true, is a wheel which will give years of reliability.

From our suppliers we can source most hubs and rims available and use high grade Sapim or DT Swiss spokes. If you already have the hubs/rims or looking to get your wheelset rebuilt then we can provide the spokes and build you an A grade set of hoops.

Wheel builds start from £50 per wheel plus parts. Please call or email to discuss options for your own hand-built wheels.

Bike Repairs

In many cases your bike may not need a full service but rather a specific repair related to a problem with the bike.

We can do all manner of repairs, including:

Labour is charged at £60 per hour.

No parts are included in services, should parts be needed we will always give details and prices before any additional work commences.

Custom builds and rebuilds

Theres nothing better than building up a new bike from scratch, with every component hand-picked to complement the frame and your riding specifics.

If you love your frame but want to give it a new lease of life then having your bike rebuilt with new parts and set up perfectly can be just as rewarding.

Get in touch and we can discuss your requirements, go through different options, and add all the little details to make it special. We can order in the parts needed and start making your dream bike a reality.

Learn how to fix your own bike

We offer a tuition service relevant to your bike and with some exceptions can teach you anything you’d like to learn.

Sessions are run in our workshop in Easton. All tools, oils and PPE provided.

Tuition is priced at £60 for first hour and £30 for subsequent hours. Please call or email to arrange a session.

Bike box hire

In collaboration with www.bristolbikebox.com, we hire out bike boxes at just £6 per day or £42 per week (minimum 5 day hire period).

We use Polaris Bike Pod Pro boxes which are fully rigid transportation cases. Made of polypropylene, our boxes protect your bike with both an external moulded shell and internal foam padding. Internal draw latches hold your bike securely in place, while the removable pull handle and castor wheels allow for easy transportation.

Recommended for use with road and TT bikes only.
